Guest acknowledges that La'au Paina Beachfront Estate is an oceanfront property with inherent risks, including but not limited to stairs, lanais, decks, uneven outdoor surfaces, sand, weather, wind, wildlife, insects, falling coconuts or branches, and conditions created by proximity to the ocean.
Guest accepts responsibility for supervising minors, invitees, and all members of the reservation party while using the home, lanais, beach access, outdoor spaces, parking areas, and shared equipment areas.
Guest agrees to use reasonable care, follow posted or written instructions, avoid unsafe conduct, report hazards promptly, and comply with all house rules, neighborhood rules, and applicable laws.
