Each guest group gets its own link.

Example: https://followingseas.laauhouse.com/r/SMITH-JULY-2026. The code can be included in email or text after dates and pricing have been approved.

How this should work

1. Approve the stay. Confirm dates, guest count, property option, and quote before sending the portal link.
2. Collect signatures. Guests review rental terms, house rules, property waiver, and ocean-equipment waiver.
3. Take payment. Stripe Checkout Sessions collect deposit, balance, and security/damage items using reservation-specific links.
4. Keep records. Later we can add e-signature storage, Stripe webhook status, PDFs, and an admin dashboard.

Starter waiver language is included for workflow planning only and should be reviewed by a Hawaii attorney before it is relied on for enforceability.
