Example: https://followingseas.laauhouse.com/r/SMITH-JULY-2026. The code can be included in email or text after dates and pricing have been approved.
How this should work
- 1. Approve the stay. Confirm dates, guest count, property option, and quote before sending the portal link.
- 2. Collect signatures. Guests review rental terms, house rules, property waiver, and ocean-equipment waiver.
- 3. Take payment. Stripe Checkout Sessions collect deposit, balance, and security/damage items using reservation-specific links.
- 4. Keep records. Later we can add e-signature storage, Stripe webhook status, PDFs, and an admin dashboard.
